Support
We read every email and try to reply within a few business days.
The fastest way to reach us is droidappbdinfo@gmail.com. If you are reporting something that went wrong, telling us your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you did just before it happened will usually save a round trip.
Common questions
My dictation or recording is not picking anything up
Check that Saymory has microphone access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone, and that speech recognition is allowed. If a recording is running elsewhere — a phone call, another recorder — iOS will not give the microphone to two apps at once.
A note did not get an AI summary
Summaries need three things: an account, Local-only mode switched off, and a Pro subscription. The card at the top of the note tells you which one is missing. If you are offline, the summary is queued and finishes when you reconnect.
My subscription is not showing up
Open Settings → Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID that bought them, so make sure you are signed into the same one. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase.
How do I get my notes out?
Settings → Export all my data exports everything as Markdown. Any single note can be exported as PDF or sent to Apple Notes. Nothing is locked in.
How do I delete my data?
Delete an individual note by swiping it in the list — that removes its audio, transcript, and search entries. To remove everything including your account, use Settings → Delete account. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.
Can I use Saymory without an account at all?
Yes. Recording, on-device transcription, and the note editor all work signed out. An account is only needed for the cloud features — summaries, asking questions, and sync.
Privacy and your data
To export, correct, or delete your data, the controls are in the app under Settings — and the Privacy Policy explains exactly what is held and where. If you would rather we handle a request for you, email us from the address on your account.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellations and refunds go through your Apple ID rather than through us. You can manage the subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something looks wrong on our side, tell us and we will investigate.
